Shipping & returns

SHIPPING COSTS  

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on our site as specified on your order confirmation.   

DELIVERY 

Please allow 1-3 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays for shipping and handling. Delivery will take another 1-3 working days for West Malaysia, 5-10 working days for East Malaysia, subject to the courier company's arrangement.

Orders received during Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS  

All sales are FINAL. Returns are offered only for DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE items. We must be alerted of the damages within 5 days of receiving the item. Damaged or defective items must be unworn and unused. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please take a picture of the damages and email us within 3 days of receipt at support@mvpbasketballstore.com .

When we receive your email, we will investigate the issue and once resolved will send you a return label via email. Once the item is received, we will ship the same item in exchange or issue a refund if you prefer. If you would rather receive a refund, please include that request in the email that you send us.

At this time, MVP BASKETBALL STORE does not process exchanges or returns for any other reasons. Only returns for damaged or defective items will be authorized.
